Merc listing is a FREE service as long as you follow the rules and adhere to the standards of the Chat Room ... PLEASE contact a Chat Moderator.
NOTE: Any Person caught soliciting contracts and they aren't listed in the room WILL BE BANNED
NO SCAMMING
Self Explanatory. NO taking ISK for services promised and not delivered.
MERC THREAD
Post an acceptable MERC Thread in the EVE-Online Crime and Punishment forums.
The thread MUST contain the following information:
1) Killboard
2) Contracts Completed (or a killboard with campaigns tracked)
3) Services Offered
4) Pricing
5) Contacts
MAIL LIST
The Listed Representative for each Merc Corp / Alliance must join the Mailing List: Merc Contracts Mail List

There isn't enough chest beating and/or tears on the forums to warrant a ban ... if a complaint is brought to my attention ... with real proof ... it will be looked into 
in other words ... chat logs and screenies will work wonders ...

What about rule 1? About petty squabbles (insults, name calling, trolling, spamming) 15 pages of it, and spamming other mercs threads, 7 more pages of the same.
To be honest ... Rule #1 was added upon my return to the game (PROOF: Last Chat Room Thread)
Adding rule #1 was my attempt to get a handle on drama that can and does occur in this business ....

I stepped away from the game for almost a year ... it was becoming a second job without pay 
I volunteer my gaming time to help run a chatroom and try to keep it a FREE ... respectable resource in-game ... with the game mechanics that are afforded to us ...
Guilty or Not ...this drama went down while I was gone ... I am back now and will help guide the room as best I can ...
Use it if you like ... or don't
